Ms. Janu Dangol has a Master’s Degree in Sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Gender Studies from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and over 14 years of experience in the Development sector. Her core area of work is waste management. She has professional experience in planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation, reporting, and evaluating various waste-related projects. She was directly involved with the informal waste workers’ community. Her work focused on income-generating activities through enterprise development for the upliftment of poor and marginalized communities.

Ms. Maya Bishnukhe has been working as a Community Mobilizer at SASAJA under the “Healthy Waste Workers for Sustainable Waste Management” project since 2021. She has over 10 years of experience in community mobilization. She was directly involved in the informal waste workers community specialized in community awareness, health awareness, data assessment
